01 The Challenge

The existing Tiny.vn dashboard was functional but losing users at every step of the conversion funnel. Server selection required too many clicks. Subscription management confused users at the point of purchase. The UI broke across 8 language variants with different text lengths and reading directions. The free-to-paid conversion funnel was severely underperforming, users who wanted to pay were abandoning the flow before completing their purchase.

02 Our Solution

Rebuilt the entire user experience from the ground up with conversion as the north star metric. Reduced server selection to a single click with smart routing recommendations. Redesigned subscription management with transparent pricing and instant activation. Implemented locale-aware responsive layouts that gracefully handle varying text lengths and RTL scripts across 8 languages. Added real-time connection quality indicators and batch operation support for power users.

03 The Results

The redesigned platform eliminated every friction point that was killing conversions. Free-to-paid conversion improved by 65%. Server connection time dropped to a single click. The locale-aware layouts resolved every broken UI issue that plagued the previous version in non-Vietnamese markets. Core Web Vitals scored 95+ across all supported locales, improving both user experience and search engine rankings.
